Q: Are the games weatherproof?
A: Most of our games are designed to withstand light outdoor use, but we recommend bringing them under cover in case of rain or extreme conditions to prevent damage.

Q: What happens if a game is damaged during my event?
A: We understand accidents happen. Please notify us immediately if an item is damaged. Depending on the situation, a repair or replacement fee may apply.

Payments & Policies

Q: What is the minimum rental amount?
A: The minimum rental amount is equal to the smallest package’s price. This ensures we can provide you with the best experience possible.

Q:What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Payment details will be arranged during booking.

Q:What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: We require payment in full at the time of reservation. This ensures a streamlined process as your event approaches and guarantees your rental setup.
