How To PLay
setup
The boats must be placed on the floor grid vertical or horizontal, never diagonal. You cannot move the boats after the guessing has begun. The ships may not overlap when setting up. The ships must be placed inside the grid, never off the edge or crossing into another square space.
GAMEPLAY
After placing the boats players take turns guessing coordinates (A-I then 1-9). For example H-7. The object is to guess the cordinates of all the ships on the opposing board without looking at their battleship layout. The white pegs are used to display a miss on your pegboard grid. The red pegs are used to display a hit on your pegboard grid. When one of your ships has been "hit" with no remaining peg holes the ship is declared sunk and you must state "hit and sunk" or "you sunk my battleship". Gameplay continues back and forth until all ship on one side have been sunk.
