Rental Policies & Disclaimers

• Reservations: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. No payment, no party—simple as that.

• Cancellations:

  • Full refund with 15+ days’ notice.

  • 50% refund with 7–13 days’ notice.

  • Less than 7 days? Sorry, no refunds, but we’ll do our best to help reschedule.

• Rates: Rental and delivery rates are subject to change. (We’ll always keep you in the loop!)

• Rental Period: Standard rentals cover the entire day of service. Next day pick up is an option (venue dependent)

• Permits: Hosting at a park or beach? Make sure you’ve secured the proper permits if needed. We’re all about doing things pono. (private parties do not need permits at the beach)

• Delivery & Setup: Delivery, setup, and return pick-up aren’t included in package prices but are available for an additional fee. Let us take the stress off your plate!

• Taxes: Hawaii State GE Tax (4.712%) isn’t included in listed prices—just being transparent.

• Lost/Damaged Items: Lost or damaged inventory will be billed post-event. Take care of the games, and they’ll keep the fun going!

• Be Pono: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not keeping the aloha spirit. Let’s keep it good vibes only.

• Kamaʻaina Discounts: Yes, we offer kamaʻaina rates! Just be ready to pass the kamaʻaina test ;-) if you ask for it.
